Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and guide them to their tables.
- Inform guests about the day’s specials and menu changes, if any.
- Take accurate food and drinks orders.
- Serve food and beverage items to customers in a timely manner.
- Check-in with customers to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.
- Manage multiple tables at once without compromising the quality of service.
- Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and mise-en-place in your section.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- A positive attitude and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Good time-management skills.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
