Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare high-quality dishes in line with restaurant’s concept.
- Plan menus in collaboration with other colleagues.

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
- Source ingredients from suppliers, maintaining a good relationship and ensuring high standards of produce.
- Oversee the kitchen inventory, equipment, and budget.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef with a minimum of 3 years in a professional kitchen.
- A culinary school diploma or equivalent professional qualification.
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
